The company has said such a prolonged delay would plunge the deal into \u200buncertainty and could cost it more than $1 \u2060billion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A California-led \u2060coalition of states \u2060have \u200bsued to block the deal, saying it would \u200bharm competition \u2060in film and television, hurting theaters and cable companies.
