His lawyer, Sareta Ashraph, told CNN \u2060he denies &#8220;any \u2060form of sexual contact, relationship, consensual or non-consensual&#8221; with the \u200balleged victim. Khan&#8217;s lawyers did not immediately respond to Reuters&#8217; request for comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The woman, identified only as Sarah, would not comment on the ICC&#8217;s investigations \u200binto Khan, but told CNN he had shown escalating behaviour of \u2060touching \u2060and groping her, recounting \u2060a time \u200bshe said he touched her intimately while she was pretending to be \u200basleep.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8220;There is no \u2060way for something to be consensual when you have such a power disparity,&#8221; Sarah told CNN.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Diplomats running the ICC&#8217;s oversight body have decided Khan did have an inappropriate sexual relationship with a junior staff member \u2060and should be fired, according to documents seen by Reuters.
